Country Music Star Terri Clark to Perform at Black Oak Casino
Platinum-selling country artist Terri Clark will be bringing her hits to Black Oak Casino in October as part of her nationwide "Unplugged and Alone" solo acoustic tour. This fall tour is a follow up to her hugely successful sold out tour last spring, and Clark will be playing fan favorites, deep album cuts that never made it on the radio, and telling the stories behind the songs.
Clark has nearly a dozen Top 10 country hits including "Better Things To Do," "I Wanna Do It All," "Poor Poor Pitiful Me," and "Girls Lie Too" and has sold more than five million albums to date. She is a CMA Female Vocalist of the Year nominee and an eight-time Canadian Country Music Association Fan’s Choice Entertainer of the Year. Clark has a reputation for passionate, hard-charging performances and fiery live shows and is one of the few female musicians to rip a blazing solo on the guitar.
Country Weekly calls Clark’s latest album The Long Way Home "the best album of Terri Clark’s career." The album represents the ups and downs of her life and Clark says, "Not only am I not ignoring the big pink elephants, I’m putting it right out there. It’s about telling the truth, my truth, which happens to be a truth a lot of other people live too."
Terri Clark will perform at Black Oak Casino on Thursday, October 14th at 8pm. Tickets are $25 for the event. If you are interested in interviewing Terri Clark or running a promotion in conjunction with the event, please contact Diana Jackin at (559) 472-7148.
