American Idol Star Josh Gracin to Perform at Black Oak Casino
One of American Idol’s most charismatic and distinctive performers will be at Black Oak Casino on May 6th
One of the most memorable performers of the second season of American Idol will be performing at Black Oak Casino next month. Country music star Josh Gracin signed a record deal after his appearance on the hit show, and today, he’s one of only two new country artists in recent times to release a debut album with three Top 5 country hits.
Gracin, who was a member of U.S. Marine Corps when he appeared on the show, completed his military service and after being honorably discharged, launched his musical career. His self-titled debut album produced a #1 hit and two more Top Five hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Gracin is one of only two new male country singers introduced in the last two years to earn a gold album, and his debut album is quickly edging in on platinum status. Last year, Gracin released his second album entitled We Weren’t Crazy, which produced five more chart singles including a Top Ten in its title track.
