Black Oak Casino Live Entertainment Lineup for April
TUOLUMNE, CA (February 18, 2009) – Internationally known musicians and comedians will be performing at Black Oak Casino in April. The month kicks off with Chad and Jeremy – one of the first groups to make it big in America during the "British Invasion." Then on April 3rd and 4th, Busta-Groove, the party band voted "Best Band" for five years in a row by Diablo magazine, will play hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and today.
On April 15th, Americana legend Peter Rowan will play with his Bluegrass Band. Rowan was one of the major cult bluegrass artists of the '80s, winning a devoted, international fan base. The following night, on April 16th, Don Freisen, two-time winner of the San Francisco International Comedy Competition will bring the house down. Then it's back to the music on April 17th with a performance by Rick Estrin and the Night Cats. Estrin is known as one of the best harp players in the blues world, and the Associated Press has called his harp playing "endlessly impressive."

Black Oak Casino continues to present national touring acts every week, LIVE at Willow Creek Lounge! Whether you enjoy R&B Latin, Classic Rock or the Blues, Black Oak Casino offers an entertainment lineup that will satisfy any music lover.
With over 200 seats, Willow Creek Lounge is an entertainment venue complete with a full service bar, dance floor, and video bar top slots. Shows are primarily free, however selected shows may have a minimal ticket charge to provide comfortable crowd size for the venue. For all 8 pm shows, doors will open at 6:30 pm and for all 9pm shows, doors will open at 7:30 pm. Performances that require tickets will be noted on the entertainment lineup, and tickets will be available at The Gift Basket and at www.highsierratickets.com. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis, and you must be seated at the table to save your seat prior to any show. Willow Creek Lounge is a smoke-free venue, and all lounge guests must be 21 or older to attend.
