Tuolumne, CA – June10, 2007 Black Oak Casino Human Resources Manager Patrick Dempsey was invited to join a panel of Human Resources experts representing many
Fortune 500 companies, including Honda, Fed EX, and Met Life, at the World Research Group’s Management Series Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 1. This conference featured many speakers discussing leveraging return to work programs and initiatives for employees with proven solutions to reduce costs and increase productivity.

Mr. Dempsey’s topic addressed metrics for building an employee-focused return to work program with limited resources. In presenting his topic Mr. Dempsey covered Black Oak’s programs involving improved individual health programs, return to work programs, and integration of data from healthcare information with occupational data, among other topics.

Patrick Dempsey has a SPHR certification from SHRM, a BA in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in System Management. Patrick joined Black Oak Casino as Human Resources Manager in June of 2002.
