GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Gates open two hours before the entertainment begins. For a 7 p.m. show, gates will open at 5 p.m. For an 8 p.m. show, gates will open at 6 p.m.
The Westside Pavilion is an outdoor venue with VIP, reserved and general admission lawn seating. All events are rain or shine.

BOX OFFICE AND WILL CALL
The box office and will call are open from 4 p.m. through the start of the show on concert days only. Tickets can also be purchased on ticketmaster.com.
Free parking is available onsite at the Westside Pavilion. Reserved parking for VIP ticket holders is located near the front gate/box office.
Additional free parking is available at Black Oak Casino Resort, located one mile north of the venue at 19400 Tuolumne Road N., Tuolumne, CA 95379.
Complimentary shuttle service will run continuously between Westside Pavilion and the casino starting at 4 p.m. Shuttle pick-up is located to the left of the casino main entrance.
ADA seating is available in all sections and requires an ADA ticket. ADA tickets are only available at Ticketmaster.com or day-of at the box office. When purchasing tickets, be sure to select the ADA option.
If you have already purchased your ticket and need to update to ADA seating, please reach out to email@example.com or visit the box office when you arrive at the event.
LAWN SEATING AND CHAIR REQUIREMENTS
For general admission lawn seating, you may bring in your own chairs or blankets. No high-back/tall chairs are allowed into the venue. Chairs must meet the following requirements:

FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSIONS
Dining options provided by our food vendors include pizza, burgers, hot dogs, fries, burritos, ice cream and more!
You can also purchase beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water.
VIP ticket holders have access to a complimentary buffet at the venue. To purchase VIP tickets, visit ticketmaster.com.
TYPES OF PAYMENT
The box office accepts debit cards, major credit cards and cash. No checks.
All food vendors accept cash. Some may accept debit cards and major credit cards. An ATM will be onsite for cash withdrawals.
LOST AND FOUND

Most shows are family friendly, and children may attend with supervision. Tickets must be purchased for children age 3 and above.
In-and-out access is not permitted. Once you enter the venue, you will not be able to leave and return.
Certified service dogs are allowed per Federal ADA law.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. Check with event staff or follow the signage to smoking areas.
