Q. Where is the venue located?

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO PRINT TICKETS, YOU CAN REQUEST PICK UP AT WILL CALL/BOX OFFICE DAY OF CONCERT (this is done through Eventbrite and there is a nominal fee to do so) IF ON SMART PHONE, VENUE CAN SCAN THEIR PHONE AT GATE

Q:  Is ADA seating available? 

ADA Seating, inform at the Gate when arrival, they will assist regarding wheelchair/etc. needs.  Staff will assist you at that time. ADA tickets for each section are available on Eventbrite, if they have special requests, please contact the box office through Eventbrite. There is a GA ADA section near the entrance to the lawn area for each show.



Q: Where do I park? What does it cost?
A: Parking is free at the Black Oak Casino Resort and take a shuttle to get the party started early! Shuttles will continually run from the casino to the Pavilion from opening of the venue gates until one hour after show. VIP parking is included with purchase of  VIP tickets. VIP parking spaces are next to the VIP gate at the venue or you may choose to take the shuttle from the casino.

Q: Can I bring chairs or blankets?
A: Yes, chairs with seat backs no higher than 36" from the ground(strictly enforced) and blankets are welcome. However, please keep them out of aisle ways. The venue event staff will reserve the right to evaluate what is a nuisance.

Q: Is this a family friendly venue?
A: Yes, most shows are family friendly. However, everyone over the age of three years old will need a ticket.

Q: Are cameras allowed?
A: Yes, please take some photos to show off what a great time you had. However, please do not bring professional cameras.

Q: Is this a seated venue?
A: Yes, the venue has about 2,700 seats. General Admission tickets are on the lawn. The venue is entirely outdoors please dress appropriately to enjoy the show.

Q: Where do I smoke?
A: Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. 

Q: Can I bring a cooler?
A: No coolers are allowed. 

Q: Can I bring food and/or drinks?
A: Outside food and drinks aren't allowed, but there will be plenty of great food options as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale in the venue.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: No, please leave all your pets at home. At this time, we are not providing entertainment for animals. Should that change we will let you know!
