Chef Ryan Scott's World Famous Popovers with a parmesan chili dipping sauce.

First Course:
Classic Beef Steak Tomato Salad with burrata, mustard bread crumbs, chervil and a creamy sherry vinaigrette.

Second Course:
Winter Black Truffle Risotto with butternut squash, crispy prosciutto, tarragon and grana padano.

Choice of Entree:
24 hour Red Wine Braised Osso Buco Short Rib with buttery whipped potatoes, nigella seed tempura onion rings, broccolini and confit shallot butter
OR
Horseradish Crusted Salmon Medallions with dilled cucumbers, fennel puree, baby carrots and a whole grain mustard sauce.

Dessert:
Goat Cheese Cheesecake with chocolate crust, cocoa nib creme anglaise, white chocolate crumble and marinated raspberries.

Deviled Eggs with truffles, chives and paprika, demoed live by Chef Ryan Scott.

Sweet Potato French Toast with bruleed pears, candied pecans and a maple butter sauce.

Final Course:
Short Rib Benedict with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, a house-made English muffin, chimichurri and smashed country potatoes.
